Clad in a nude sports bra and black workout leggings, the 43-year-old entrepreneur was spotted performing Romanian deadlifts (RDLs) with a trap bar. “Leg day RDLs,” she captioned the video, giving a nod to her trainer, Senada Greca.
In her subsequent story, Kim lay on her back, engaging in rigorous hamstring curls. She quoted her trainer’s advice, “slow it down,” but admitted to struggling with the intensity of the exercise.
For her third video, Kim was seen pushing her limits on a leg press machine. “We’re going for heavier weights this year. Set small fitness goals and stick with them,” she advised her followers, echoing a resolution for consistent fitness growth.
Despite her dedication, Kim confessed there’s an exercise she’s not too fond of: hip thrusts. “I hate these hip thrusts!” she admitted, but revealed that Greca insists on them thrice weekly, emphasizing the importance of consistency and creativity in workouts.
