In honor of Women’s Month, L’Oréal Paris has brought together a group of exceptional women who have broken stereotypes and become icons in their fields. The brand’s latest campaign, “Because You’re Worth It,” features actress Renata Notni, astronaut Katya Echazarreta, activist Samantha Baéz, actress Samadhi Zendejas, and fashion designer Raquel Orozco, who proudly walked the runway as L’Oréal Paris ambassadors to showcase their girl power.

Against the backdrop of El David by Miguel Ángel at the Soumaya museum, L’Oréal Paris presented a series of inspiring stories in which adversity was transformed into an opportunity, creating an emergence of iconic women. During the campaign launch, the ambassadors shared their stories of overcoming adversity to achieve their goals.

The highlight of the evening was a video message from L’Oréal Paris global brand ambassador Camila Cabello, who emphasized the importance of self-empowerment and breaking down barriers that hold us back. Her motivating words were met with thunderous applause from the audience.

Renata Notni shared her story of facing rejection and closed doors in the entertainment industry. Her mantra for success is to remind herself daily of who she is, what she’s worth, and where she’s going. Meanwhile, Katya Echazarreta, an engineer, stressed the importance of breaking stereotypes in her field, where women are often typecast in the masculine role.

Samadhi Zendejas, an actress, expressed her happiness at participating in a campaign that has empowered generations. She faced challenges in making her way in the acting world but has learned from her experiences. An activist, Samantha Baez spoke about the importance of standing up for what you believe in and fighting for justice.

This vibrant celebration was a tribute to the women who represent L’Oréal Paris, sharing messages of unity and strength. The campaign aligns with the Stand Up brand’s mission to fight against street harassment through the Right to Be 5D methodology, an online program that teaches men and women how to respond safely when experiencing or witnessing street harassment.

L’Oréal Paris celebrates women who have overcome challenges and barriers to achieve their goals, reminding us that we are worth it and that anything is possible with determination and perseverance.
