The custody battle between Hollywood stars Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis shows no signs of ending as they continue to disagree over where their children should call home. Recently, Wilde’s legal team filed a document accusing the Ted Lasso actor of attempting to “litigate her into debt” and acting in bad faith.

Sudeikis’ request for the custody matter to be settled in a New York City court, rather than the current Los Angeles court, has been denied. However, Wilde’s team continues to argue that their two children, Daisy, 6, and Otis, 8 ½, have lived and gone to school in Los Angeles their whole lives, except for one semester of kindergarten in New York.

Wilde’s declaration highlights her frustration and disappointment with the conflict, which she believed had calmed down and was heading towards an amicable solution. However, she was shocked to learn that Sudeikis was proceeding with the New York Child Support proceeding without her knowledge. She accuses him of acting with underhandedness and bad faith, using intimidation and trickery.

The missed court date earlier this year caused further complications, with Wilde’s team admitting their mistake. However, despite pictures of the pair spending time together recently, they have not reached an agreement regarding Los Angeles versus New York.

Despite Jason’s higher income and ability to file multiple requests, Olivia’s legal team will continue to fight for what they believe is in the best interest of their children. The ongoing legal battle could have far-reaching consequences for both parties, making it all the more important to find an equitable resolution.
