Brace yourselves for Usher’s encore Super Bowl act.

Usher is slated to steal the spotlight at the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Apple Music, a key sponsor of the monumental event, confirmed on Sunday that the R&B icon will set the stage ablaze at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, come February 11, 2024. But hold on, the announcement wasn’t your run-of-the-mill press release. Instead, Apple Music rolled out a captivating video featuring none other than reality TV queen Kim Kardashian.

In the video, Kim, who has already been wowed by Usher’s performances in Las Vegas twice, dials up a younger Usher. “Guess what? The rumors aren’t about me; they’re about you,” she teases before dropping the bombshell: “You’re the Super Bowl star!”

Not to be outdone, the NFL echoed the announcement with its own star-studded video, this time featuring Super Bowl legend Deion Sanders. “USHER. LAS VEGAS. APPLE MUSIC HALFTIME SHOW. #SBLVIII,” the league tweeted, setting the date: “See you on February 11.”

While Usher has graced the Super Bowl stage before, notably with the Black Eyed Peas in 2011, this marks his debut as the show’s headliner. “This is a dream come true, a bucket-list moment,” Usher gushed in a statement, as reported by Billboard. “I promise a show that will be unlike anything you’ve ever seen from me. A huge shoutout to my fans and everyone who made this happen. See you all very soon.”

Super Bowl LVIII is scheduled to air live on CBS on February 11, 2024.
